Getting started
Cadentra is free during Early Access. You can create an account, create an organization, join with an invitation or organization code, request access to an existing organization, or open a guest Pathway link. There is no global Cadentra access code.

What to include
- Your account email
- Ministry / organization name and city (if relevant)
- Whether you need help creating, joining, or requesting access
- What you were trying to do and what you saw
- For data removal: confirm whether you want account deletion, org cleanup, or both
Auth, uploads, and Music Tools
Sign-in is powered by Supabase Auth. File uploads are private to your organization. YouTube embeds load from YouTube when you attach a reference. Music Tools (metronome and Cadentra Signature drones) use browser or device audio — if sound fails, check silent mode and try again after a fresh sign-in.

Response expectations
Early Access support aims to reply as soon as practical. There is no guaranteed SLA yet.
