Terms

By using Cadentra during private beta, you agree to these lightweight terms.

Private beta

Cadentra is provided as-is for invited teams. Features may change, break, or be reset. Do not treat beta data as a permanent archive without your own backups of critical charts or files.

Accounts and organizations

You are responsible for activity under your account and for inviting only people who should access your church or team workspace. Org owners and admins control membership and content within their organization.

Uploads and content

You must have the rights to upload or link material (charts, audio, PDFs, YouTube references, lyrics notes). Do not upload unlawful, infringing, or confidential third-party content you are not allowed to share. Cadentra does not verify copyright ownership of uploads.

Acceptable use

Do not attempt to access other organizations' data, abuse auth, overload the service, or reverse-engineer systems beyond normal product use. We may suspend access that threatens the beta or other teams.

Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Cadentra and its operators are not liable for lost data, service interruptions, or rehearsal outcomes during this beta period.
