Terms

By creating a Cadentra account or using Cadentra during Early Access, you agree to these Terms.

Early Access

Cadentra is publicly available and free during Early Access. Features may change as the product improves. Keep your own copies of critical charts or files if you need a permanent archive outside Cadentra. Future paid plans are planned and subject to change; they are not currently available for purchase, and there is no checkout or paywall in Early Access.

Accounts and organizations

You may create an account, create an organization, join with an invitation or organization code, request access to an existing organization, or enter a private guest Pathway from a link you were sent. There is no global Cadentra access code. Member and Leader workspaces require a valid organization membership. You are responsible for activity under your account and for inviting only people who should access your ministry workspace. Owners and admins control membership and content within their organization.

Uploads, content, and Signature audio

You must have the rights to upload or link material (charts, audio, PDFs, lyrics notes, YouTube references, and similar). Do not upload unlawful, infringing, or confidential third-party content you are not allowed to share. Cadentra does not independently verify copyright ownership of uploads. Cadentra Signature key-drone audio is licensed for use inside Cadentra Music Tools — not for redistribution outside the product.

Acceptable use

Do not attempt to access other organizations' data, abuse authentication, overload the service, or reverse-engineer systems beyond normal product use. We may suspend access that threatens the service or other teams.

Account deletion

You may delete your account as described on the Account deletion page. Shared organization records may be retained for the ministry with anonymized personal labels where needed.

Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Cadentra and its operators are not liable for lost data, service interruptions, or rehearsal outcomes during Early Access. The service is provided as-is while we continue to improve it.
